Strategy

Thames Bank acquired and then sympathetically restored this long leasehold Grade II listed office building in close liaison with The Grosvenor Estate. We actively managed the building and fully let it to quality tenants. An element of the building, previously ancillary to the offices, lay empty and derelict. We transformed this shell into high-end residential accommodation, with independent access from Grosvenor Crescent Mews.
